At Geeky Print, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Therefore, we have established this returns policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
- Lost Packages in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can take necessary steps to resolve the situation.
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. In the event that a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed Products: Packages that are unclaimed and returned to our warehouse will be subject to reshipment costs. If a package is not claimed within 30 days of the return notification, it will be donated to charitable organizations.
- Customer-initiated Returns: Customers are advised to contact us before returning any product. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse". Returns or size exchanges may be subject to additional charges and at the discretion of Geeky Print.
- Sealed Products: We do not accept returns of sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- Withdrawal Rights for EU Consumers: In accordance with European Union legislation, we reserve the right to refuse returns of customized products or sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
